The Cotswold VIP Club is designed to make sure that we are able to provide the best possible preventative treatment to keep your pets fit and healthy, all whilst saving you between 15% and 40% compared to retail price (cost comparison is to vaccines and flea/tick/worm medications only, not even including any of the peripheral benefits!). Dogs and Cats:
- Second vaccinations (including any upgrade needed, usually an additional cost)
- Annual vaccinations thereafter (including kennel cough vaccine for dogs)
- Flea, tick and worm protection (the most appropriate for your pet, not just limited to one particular product)
- Free nail clips (up to 4 a year)
- 4 weeks’ free pet insurance (for pets under 18 months – needs activating within 24 hours of a health check – ask us for more details)
- Annual nurse consultation (6 months after vaccination)
- Annual dental consultation with a Registered Veterinary Nurse
- 10% off neutering
- Discounted lifestage and prescription pet food
Payments for being part of the club are collected via direct debit on the 1st of the month (by a company called Easy Direct Debits) and costings are as follows:
- Dog (up to 10kg adult weight) £18.50 per month
- Dog (10.1-25kg adult weight) £20.50 per month
- Dog (25.1-40kg adult weight) £23.50 per month
- Dog (40.1-65kg adult weight) £35.50 per month
- Dog (40.1-50kg adult weight – tablets only, ask us for more details) £23.50 per month
- Dog (50.1-96kg adult weight – tablets only, ask us for more details) £40.00 per month
- Cat £15.50 per month
Rabbits:
- Myxomatosis, RVHD1 and RVHD2 vaccinations annually (everything you need to vaccinate your bunny against)
- Once yearly worming (provided on request at the time of annual vaccination)
- Flystrike prevention (to last throughout the year, repeated use every 8-10 weeks is suggested throughout the spring/summer/autumn)
- Free nail clips (up to 4 a year)
- 4 weeks’ free pet insurance (for pets under 18 months – needs activating within 24 hours of a health check – ask us for more details)
- Annual nurse consultation (6 months after vaccination)
- 10% off neutering
- Discounted pet food
- All the above for just £10.50 per month per bunny

Please remember however that this is not the same as pet insurance and will not cover any medical treatment costs for your pets. You can cancel at any time, but if you cancel the plan at any other time than on an anniversary of joining the plan, you will be required to pay the practice either the outstanding amount for treatment received, or the monthly payments due until the anniversary of your plan, whichever is lower.
